Sobre mí
I build operational infrastructure for organizations working on hard problems. For 15+ years, that meant scaling global teams:105 hotels across 25 countries at Selina, 240+ cities and 180+ community leaders at Fuckup Nights, 100+ international volunteers at Raleigh International. I've done it under high churn, zero budget, and constant ambiguity. Now I'm applying that same skill set to two projects I co-founded: ── Mujer Cibina is Latin America's first innovation hub for psilocybin-assisted therapy tailored to female biology and cyclical hormones. People assigned female at birth were excluded from clinical research until 1993. We're still underserved in treatment, access, and data. The work has three layers: → A 200+ member Spanish-speaking community focused on education and destigmatization → A multicenter study generating the first LATAM dataset on psilocybin therapy, and the first benchmark for AI alignment risks when general-purpose models are used in mental health contexts by this population. → A research and policy centre developing culturally grounded protocols based on evidence. ── AiXist is a global consortium building operational infrastructure for AI treaty implementation and governance. I support the founding team in translating strategic vision into project management systems and workflows. ── Open to collaboration with funders, researchers, technologists, and institutions working on gender equity, psychedelic science, AI safety, or global health.
